Yes, we finally found my phone once Lou got home from work last night. I showed him the spot in question and he said it wasn’t stuck in the ivy but over the fence. Thank goodness.
He walked over to the neighbor’s but she wasn’t so he called her and left her a voicemail. I have no idea how he knew our neighbors phone number when I don’t even know her name, nor could I pick her out in a line-up. Oh, I remember now. He was obsessed with trimming her tree that grows onto our property, a few years back and was always calling to give her a heads up on his progress. Once he started his job in Ontario he got too busy to worry about the tree anymore and so I haven’t heard him complain about it in over a year.
The neighbor called him right back and met us in the back yard. I called my phone and she instantly saw it light up in a bush on her side of the fence. Yay!
As for everything else…. Trinity and I are still struggling through homework, but she is doing great on her volleyball team which really makes us both happy. I can’t believe it is already almost Halloween, I am so not ready for Thanksgiving, Christmas and then my oldest baby’s 21st birthday. Time please slow down!
I made a big decision today regarding Tiara’s medical care. Once I receive confirmation that she is eligible and is able to be a part of the study I will fill you in on all the details. I am hoping it will be the answer to our prayers. I am nervous but suddenly it feels like the right thing to do.
Happy Wednesday!

I’m glad you found your phone and it was not in the nasty ivy!
It’s great that you live close to U.C L. A. Medical Center. They are on the cutting edge of research. I hope if you can find the answers that you are looking for. Judy

Found your blog through “Janine’s Confessions of a Mommyholic”.
Adding your family to my prayers and praying for God’s will on Tiara’s medical care. I worked for four years with adults with MR/DD. It was definitely challenging, but also the most fulfilling job I ever had.
I have a daughter named Trinity too!
