Once again I have left you in the dark for days at a time but I have lots of valid excuses. The first being that our house went into escrow last week and I have been focusing on getting everything done that needs to be done. Sign and read the offers, the counter offers, disclosure papers, meet the termite guys, make sure they send over their reports, and argue with Lou about everything under the sun.
Yes, it is true selling a home is an extremely stressful process and even though we have the greatest agent, the process has gotten to even Lou and I. Luckily we both recognize it for what it is, too much stress. No one is at fault for any one thing, our life is just too stressful to deal with so, tempers flair, people freak out, and I yell. But this too shall pass.
We are both super happy that our home is going to a nice family, not just another investor. They are very easy to work with and have made the process much better than last year.
On the Tiara side of stuff, she is picking up on the stress and hates being forced in and out of the house for different reasons so she too has been rather agitated. My chest and arms are still full of scabs and cuts and I am hoping that things will settle down soon. You can see in the pictures that her eyes are looking different directions. She seems as if she might be having more seizures. 🙁
As for Trinity she has been super busy with end of the year stuff and is getting ready to go off to camp in 2 weeks. She was also in our local Daily Pilot Cup soccer tournament last weekend and her team made it to the finals. They only practiced 2 times prior to the tournament and then ended up getting second place which was so exciting and surprising. It was so fun watching her play soccer with all her friends.
As for Tabitha, I never had the chance to tell you that the Newport Beach Police called me 2 days after her purse was stolen and they found her wallet and phone on a suspect they had arrested for drunk in public the next morning at 9am. Apparently the guy was still super drunk and causing a scene a few streets away from the bar. He had some of her stuff along with a few other people’s personal belongings. We recovered her Gucci wallet, Driver’s license and phone but we had already bought her another phone, so we wasted $400.
Trinity did not think it was a waste because she is planning on taking over Tabitha’s old 5s iphone we got back and giving Tiara her old iphone. She would have to pay for the transfer fees and such but Tiara loves the idea and I actually think it would be really great since Tiara is always borrowing my phone to call everyone. She loves to talk on the phone! I don’t want to pay the extra monthly fee but we are still thinking about it. How cool would Tiara be with her own iphone? Super rocking!
As for me, I have been spending all my free time reading or resting. I have decided that my life is going to get beyond busy and stressful when we have to start packing up and move so I am trying to give myself a little break as much as humanly possible. This is the real reason I haven’t been writing, I have been taking care of me as much as I can.
Have a great day!

Lot’s of great news! Congrats on the house selling. Now hopefully some of that extra stress will magically go away! I hope Tiara is not having seizures, though. We are in the process of sprucing up our house to sell too.

I think the really hard part is behind you which is showing the house. Keeping a house perfect for showing has to be one of the most difficult tasks ever, especially with young children and yours is destructive too. Oh boy! Now the exciting part comes and you can just take your time packing boxes and finding a new place to live without the stressors of having to buy a place. Good luck.
