Happy Saturday. So this is probably the last time I will be posting on the weekend for a while. I announced last week that I was going to post 7 days a week, but it is way too much for me. I need a little break. Lou said you would all understand and I assume he is right.

Okay – had to check in again. I’m with you on the tired. Got to bed at 1:30 and had to get up at 5:30 to pick daughter up at a school event. Now I have to go out and run 12 miles. (for this race next weekend.) Ha. I’m going to try but the temperature dropped like 30 degrees overnight. And you and Tiara look so cute for Valentines. If there is any doubt how tired I am — the rambling nature of this comment is evidence. Have a great weekend.
How are you going to run 12 miles on 4 hours of sleep? You are too tired! I know you can do it though…

OMG! Tiara was hilarious. I was more focused on how she can stuff her mouth with fistfuls of popcorn, take in a swig of soda and in literally 2 bites she swallows it all. I would choke. Holy moly – that kid’s got a great esophagus!
Your story was funny though and makes me think of each time I’m in the city I’m usually approached by someone wanting money. I don’t give out money but if someone says they’re hungry, I’ll offer a hot dog at a nearby street vendor. Usually they walk off, ’cause they really wanted money to buy something else. A few times they’ve truly wanted to eat and I was so happy to help. And I’ve always taken my leftovers and left them with any homeless person who is usually extremely grateful to receive it.
She does choke often, which is why I am professional at the heimlich….. This is our normal routine, I talk and she shoves food in her mouth.
