Wow, what a morning!

So, I have been up since 3:30 am when Trinity came into my bed after having a bad dream.  I was squished between Tiara and Trinity and was starting to freak out so I decided to get up and check on my blog.  Yesterday afternoon I was finishing my post for today when I couldn’t seem to upload my pictures.

I thought it was my computer so I left and took Trinity to train for Junior Lifeguard testing.  Once I got home and it still wasn’t working I logged onto my server and found out my hosting company, Dreamhost, had some huge power outage and everyone on this particular server was down. 

Oh well, I figured I would proofread and add the pictures after dinner.  I checked again and my site was still down.  Finally at 9:00 p.m. I realized something was seriously wrong and decided to go to bed and wake up early, assuming my site would be up and running.  I set alarm for 5am but after Trinity disturbed my sleep I just got up at 3:30 a.m. to get to work.

Guess what?  My fricking site was still down and I got in a panic.  I checked the message board for the company and saw that 1061 other people were also freaking out.  Our sites had been down for 12 hours!  Apparently the issue was finally resolved at 5am but my site was still down, but I figured out how to reboot my VPS and it finally started working a few minutes ago.

I quickly logged into my site to fix my post for today and IT WAS GONE!  NO post to proofread or add pictures to.  UGH! 

It wasn’t some ground breaking 2000 word fabulous post I had worked on for hours, thank goodness.  Just a little blurb about Tabitha and how she avoids cleaning her room by following me around.  Her room is in a crazy state at the moment and she kept promising me she would clean it on Tuesday, her day off and once she started she got so overwhelmed she just kept following me everywhere. 

She even made a snack and sat at my computer watching me type, giving me ideas for my post, which was driving me insane, just to avoid the cleaning.  So funny, ever since she has been a kid, she will literally follow me around the house when she is home asking “Mom, what are you doing?  Mom, what are you doing?”  You would think she would have outgrown it at 20 but no, she still follows me.

Guess I should be grateful she still likes me. 

Ohhh, this is so funny!  I was picking up Trinity from TEAM OC the other day and this car was parked in the handicap spot.  I had never seen it there before and I didn’t notice a disable placard.  I parked in the spot next to this car and as we were walking in I looked to see if they had a placard anywhere.  I couldn’t see one and realized they were just parked their illegally.  Do you love the license plate?  NBBRATS, parked illegally.  WOW!
