I wanted to put more photos in Loving Tiara, but because I didn’t have the time or the space to add them into the book, I thought it would be fun to add a timeline to my website. The photos aren’t great quality because I took pictures of old pictures in photo albums, but they are better than nothing. Enjoy!

Tiffani and Lou fall in love at San Diego State
This photo was taken during Christmas time after we had fallen in love and I was leaving to study in Paris.
Las Vegas
My parents took us to Las Vegas to celebrate my 21st birthday. We went to see Chubby Checker, and he chose me to “do the twist” with him on stage. It was a blast!

I’m pretty sure this was one of our last college dances. Lou was already living back in Danville, but he came to visit every few weeks.

Tabitha is born…

Tabitha turns 1…
I found this fabulous hat for Tabitha at FAO Schwarz in San Francisco before she was born, and she wore it on her birthday every year.
Always in a hat….
Tabitha came out of the womb with a desire to dress dramatically. From the time she was a baby, she was always wearing a hat crocheted by my mom.
Christmas photo
Most years, we had our portrait taken at Yuen Lui in the mall. Yeun Lui used this pic for their advertising and for years we would see it in the paper every Christmas as their advertisement.
Home made Costume
I made this costume while in Law School and working full time. I couldn’t find a great clown costume and made it myself. My Mom said I couldn’t do it, which made the challenge even greater. Popie helped me with the pattern and the hand stitching.
Law School Graduation
I’m 3 months pregnant in this photo.
I never walked through my college graduation and didn’t really want to walk through my law school graduation, but my family made me do it.
Tiara is born….
We scheduled her delivery so it wouldn’t interfere with Lou’s work schedule or Tabitha’s soccer games.

Tiara’s favorite position…
From the time Tiara was a few months old until her death, she loved to rest/sleep with her feet up by her chest, just like in this picture. Whether she was bone thin or obese she always relaxed in this position.
Flower Fairy picture
As you can see from Tabitha’s expression, she wasn’t thrilled to be in this flower fairy picture taken at South Coast Plaza.
This picture was taken after she had awoken from the drug-induced coma and we were still in the ICU having her monitored.
As you can see, I look sad, stressed and exhausted.
First Day of Preschool
Through the years when I look at this picture, I am always shocked at how healthy and age appropriate Tiara looks. She was having 100’s of seizures during this time in her life and she looks like your average adorable toddler.
Tiara’s 3rd Birthday
We had a western themed party, which included a live pony who gave the children rides around our housing complex. Wow, I still marvel at how over the top I used to be.
Trinity is born!

Tiara and Trinity
As you can see from this picture, Tiara has her hand down my top as I hold Trinity. You can see in Tiara’s eyes how out of it she is. This was taken just before her second status seizure that landed her in the ICU and forced me to stop breastfeeding Trinity.
Trinity’s first birthday…
And now my third girl is wearing the birthday hat. I think it’s amazing how similar all the girls looked as babies.
Christmas card photo attempt
The girls are sitting in the secret garden I created in the backyard. You can kinda see the eczema covering the lower part of Tiara’s face.
Tabitha is always holding them both in the picture…
We took them to the Discovery Science Center and the bubble guy put this bubble over them. Trinity is always smiling and holding on to Tabitha, and Tiara is always looking off in a seizure while Tabitha tries to rein her in.
My girls on family vacation
This is the vacation where Trinity volunteered to take part in everything and Lou sang Old McDonald in the talent show.
