I’m on the case…

tiffani goff at home

I am sure you are so tired of hearing about me and my missing iphone but since I spent a fair amount of the day in search of it, I must tell you the details.

When I woke up this morning and realized that neither, Tabitha, Trinity or I thought about using the lost phone app to look for my last night I realized I was a total idiot.  I mean I have the app on all our phones and we used it last time she threw it in the pool.  As soon as Tabitha woke up this morning I asked her to search for my phone on her phone.  OHHHH, there it is somewhere in the back yard.  We spent a good 30 minutes looking over fences, in bushes and on step ladders trying to look beyond the fences but we couldn’t find it.  Tabitha left for work and once Tiara’s teacher came I went back in search.  I finally tried calling it and when the planes weren’t flying over head I could hear it!!!!  It still had a little life left in it but I couldn’t see it.

This is the spot in question

This is the spot I hear the ringer coming from.  It is either stuck in the dirty, filthy, rat infested ivy or just on the other side of the fence.  I have hit and poked the ivy with a broom handle off and on all day, but no phone.  I haven’t been able to go to the neighbor’s because I didn’t have any help with Tiara today and I don’t think bringing her to look through their yard would be a wise idea.

I will update you tomorrow.  As for the rest of my day.  Tiara and I got our flu shots.  I am not a big believer in flu shots but since she almost died from the flu this year, I decided my theory wasn’t working too well and to just give it to the system.

As for the her behavior, NOT GOOD.  At one point today she grabbed a chunk of hair and pulled my head while driving and I had to quickly pull over to the side of the road since I couldn’t see.  I actually ran into the curb but I was only going 2 miles an hour at this point.   Luckily I was on a residential road in Costa Mesa and not on a busy highway.  Not really ready to go back down this road again with her, praying for a miracle.

Hope you have a great day!

xoxo tiffani

I hope you find your phone today. I have had my kids take my phone to play with the apps and not put it back. I have used the Find My Phone App more then I, too, would like to admit. And so sorry about Tiara’s behavior and am hoping the meds change will help with this sooner rather then later! 🙂 xoxo!!

Yikes .. I hope you find your phone. That ivy looks a little creepy for my taste.

Who is tiffani?

Mom, Wife, author of Loving Tiara, retired home stager, and chronic volunteer. I laugh when I'm happy, nervous, or stressed, so basically, I'm always laughing, and you can hear me from down the block if the windows are open. I love to swear even though it isn't ladylike, and I'm brutally honest, but in a super nice way, or so I think? I tend to roll my eyes, and apparently, my face is very expressive because even when I don't open my mouth, everyone knows what I'm thinking. My hubby and I are homebodies; I'm obsessed with always doing the "right thing " and taking care of my skin. I love learning, am always trying to evolve as a human being, and am a bit of a perfectionist. Let's have some fun! xoxo tiffani
