Not sure how much you are going to hear from me this week. I just sat down to write this at 8:40pm instead of my normal sitting down to watch TV.
Lou just left on a work trip to Arizona until late Thursday night. I don’t think he has ever left us for 3 nights, he never travels for work. He has been beyond stressed since he doesn’t like to travel without me or leave us, so our house has been more than chaotic. Between his stress level, Tiara’s mood, Trinity’s birthday celebration, Tabitha’s late night adventures, and a few other rather huge stressors I am not at liberty to talk about, I am maxed out.
Trinity has 5 tests this week and a project due, which means I already spent a good 4 hours on Sunday managing her study/project time and over an hour on Math tonight. I so hate doing Math, especially long division and percentages. Please count your blessings if you don’t have to help your children with homework every night. Can we trade?
On top of it all, Tiara has been a force to be reckoned with.
Don’t tell Lou but I was thinking it might be easier with him gone since I don’t have to worry about fixing meals, but I was wrong. I don’t think he has arrived in Arizona yet and I am missing the fact he won’t take out the trash cans on Wednesday morning while I am making coffee. He won’t be here to do Tiara’s medicine Wednesday and Thursday nights, his normal days off.
And of course who is going to follow me around the house telling me I look pretty for the next three days? Ahhh, Lou, hurry up and come home!

Aww, I am so sorry you are so stressed out and hope Lou comes home as quickly as possible now. My husband rarely travels for work either, but he may be getting a promotion soon that he might have to and trust me as proud as I am that he would, not looking forward tot the traveling aspect and he isn’t either. HE actually pretty much told me what Lou told you, he doesn’t like to travel without me. So, can totally relate there. Hoping that the next few days do indeed go quickly now 🙂 xoxo!!
