I originally saw this recipe in Gwyneth Paltrow’s cookbook but over time I have made a bunch of changes to make it my own.
- 8 ounce package of organic cleaned and chopped kale
2 packages of frozen brown rice from Trader Joe’s ( each package is 10 oz) I love using this rice, healthy and super easy!
- about 10 baby carrots chopped
- 1 yellow onion chopped
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- pepper to taste
